Programmed Central West is seeking experienced and reliable candidates for current and upcoming opportunities across various industries in the Dubbo region.

Current Vacancies – Casual Ongoing Roles (38 hrs/week)

• Forklift Operators – Day, Afternoon (Mon–Fri) and Night Shift Sun-Thur– Busy Warehouse
  
• High Reach desirable but not essential (training provided)
• Must hold a current Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift operating experience required
  
• Parcel Delivery Drivers – MR licence required; Forklift licence an advantage
  
• Civil Plant Operator – Skilled in Excavators, Loaders, Rollers, or similar equipment, White Card
  
• Warehouse Operator – Manual Driver’s Licence required; Forklift licence advantageous; experience with multi-drop deliveries a plus
  
• Hydraulic Fitters / Field Service Technicians – Mechanical and hydraulic experience essential; ideal for Light to Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
  
• Agitator Drivers – HR or MR licence; previous agitator/tipper driving experience preferred, on call and ongoing roles available
  

Expressions of Interest

We are also accepting expressions of interest for:

• Preventative Maintenance Technician – Casual (38 hrs per week)
• Ongoing for approximately 6 months
• Potential to transition to permanent
• Experience in preventative maintenance preferred
  

• Electricians – Licensed, with industrial, commercial, or maintenance experience
  
• Truck Drivers – HR, MR, or HC licence; heavy vehicle experience preferred
  
• Forklift Operators – Forklift licence required; warehouse/manufacturing experience advantageous
  
• General Labourers – White Card, Drivers Licence, and own vehicle required
  

About You

• Relevant experience in your trade or field
  
• Current and valid licences/tickets (e.g., MR/HR/HC, Forklift, White Card)
  
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  
• Flexibility to work across diverse environments
  
• Ability to complete pre-employment medical and drug testing
